This Recovery Services Addendum (“Addendum”) applies in addition to the Company’s Terms & Conditions and Medical Waiver & Liability Release.

It applies only to Members who participate in recovery-based or wellness services.

1. Scope of Recovery Services

This Addendum applies to, but is not limited to, participation in:

• Infrared or traditional sauna
• Cold exposure / ice bath
• Red light therapy
• Hyperbaric or oxygen-based recovery
• Any other recovery or wellness services offered by the Company

2. Medical Acknowledgement & Fitness to Participate

2.1 You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in recovery services and that you have no condition that would make participation unsafe, including but not limited to:
